How can I get an invoice?

Do you offer a COD option?
We do not offer payment on delivery. You must use online payment methods when placing an order.

What is the shipping policy?
Countries we can ship to DDP (Customs duties paid) In this way, you don't have to clear customs, and there are no customs duties for you.

With the exception of the countries listed above, you must customs clearance and salary rights When the parcel arrives at customs, the amount of tax to be paid is determined by local customs.

What should I do if my parcel is lost or delayed?

Do I have to pay customs duties?
Not currently required, except in Canada and Denmark.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Depending on the product, stocking time is 1 to 5 days and shipping time 7 to 15 days.

Returns
I'd like to change the items I've ordered. What do I have to do?
You can change your order no later than 23:00 (PDT -7 GMT) on the day the order was placed. Please contact us at support@puff9k.com to request changes.
How do I return a product?
We have a 15-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return, please contact us at support@puff9k.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.
