7-day return policy

At Puff9k Vape, we are pleased to offer a 7-day return policy. This means that from the day you receive your item, you have seven days to initiate a return request if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

How to start a return

If you wish to make a return, please contact us at info@puff9k.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for shipping your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted; please contact us.

Reporting damage and problems

We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover that your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can quickly resolve the problem.

Items not eligible for return

Some products cannot be returned, including perishables, custom items, personal care items, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases. If you are unsure about the eligibility of a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Exchange process

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item to ensure prompt processing.

14-day cooling-off period for EU customers

For customers in the European Union, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refund process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
